What documents do I need to bring to find out if I qualify?
*Identification
o Candidate must be 18-21 years old
*Social Security Card
*State / Government Issued ID card / Driver’s License
*Income
o Public Assistance Records (Provide one of these)
*Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
*formerly known as Food Stamps
*Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
*Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
*Provide a current award letter including monthly issued amount
*Unemployment Insurance (UI)
o Pay Stubs – Provide the most current pay stubs for household
* PLEASE BE ON TIME!
